This is an interesting website. I have mixed feelings about this website. I like the torn edges around the background because it creates texture and it's different. I think the logo is a little large. I'm not sure how I feel about the buttons as tabs. My teacher told me not to use buttons/circles for the tabs. I think the buttons are a little distracting to the rest of the page. This is a visual effects studio website by Jeremy Vickery. I like the pictures on the homepage. He has a lot of pictures and that usually wouldn't work, but the way he laid it out I think the pictures work. It looks like the tabs are hand-written or in a hand-written font. Sometimes hand-written fonts don't work on the web, but I think it this case it does. I think it fits the website because it's a visual effects studio. I like the outline around the picture. I like that there is a curve under the logo and then a straight line mimicking the tabs. I think this website still needs some work though. Tuesday, March 19, 2013
